49-year-old Zhao Bingxian, CEO and president of the renowned Chinese investment company, China Capital Investment Group, was sued by his wife Lu Juan for divorce in August 2011. Zhao is dubbed China's Warren Buffett for his unique investment vision which has helped a number of famous Chinese companies go public. In the petition, Lu said Zhao has practiced domestic violence for a long time, in addition to his extramarital affairs and secret transfer of their family assets. The couple tied the knot in 1986 when they were serving in the army. Lu has been waging a long battle for divorce. The first time Lu filed the divorce suit was in July 2010, but Zhao refused to show up at court, citing various excuses. Lu said that their combined wealth is valued at more than 2 billion yuan (US$317.5 million).
