China Resources Land Limited, the property flagship of China Resources Group, is one of the most powerful property developers in China. It's headquartered in Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
China Resources Land is involved in property development, investment and management, construction and decoration services. The company, originally listed in October 1996, joined Hong Kong's Hang Seng Index as a blue-chip stock in 2010. The company has expanded its business portfolio into 26 cities in China with more than 50 projects under construction by the end of 2010.
Last year, the company's operating revenue surged 54.5 percent year on year to 21.7 billion yuan, with net profits of 5.07 billion yuan.
