Founded in 1998, Chongqing Jinke Group is focused on property development, as well as development of five-star hotels, landscape gardens, infrastructure services and property management.
The Chongqing-headquartered company's asset reorganization plan has been approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
Currently, Jinke Group has 30 property projects under construction in over ten cities and regions of China including Beijing and Chongqing. The group aims to achieve net profits of 670 million yuan in 2011.
