Founded in 1993, Sino-Ocean Land Holdings Limited (SORED) is ranked as one of the ten biggest publicly-listed property enterprises in Hong Kong and Beijing. It was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in September 2007.
The Company is principally engaged in property development and property investment businesses. Its business segments include development of medium to high end residences, high-class office buildings, retail properties and serviced apartments, sales of properties and property management. It boasts many years of experience in property development in Beijing.
The company reported revenue of 13.72 billion yuan for 2010, up 55 percent year on year, with the net profits of 2.44 billion yuan.
