How would Bush feel if others would sneak around his home?
After going through the equipment and gathered material the plane should be returned to the US.

China should not return EP-3 until
1) US agrees not to carry out reconnaissance flight near China's coast
2) China should strip it down all the eavedropping equipments on board and carry out study and analysis on all data available. Dont miss the golden opportunity!!
