Although there has been no official confirmation, sources close to Angelina Jolie say she's expecting twins, or possibly triples, and is facing a high-risk pregnancy, reported Life & Style.
Angelina's had some scary moments over the past few weeks," a family friend shared with the magazine. "She's been cramping, and each time she's called her doctor immediately to ask if that's normal. But every ultrasound so far has looked fine."

Scares like that have led Brad Pitt and Jolie to hire a full-time nurse who's never far from her side. "(The nurse) has her own room and medical quarters," the source said. "She'll also travel with Angelina when Angie goes more than 10 miles away, and especially overseas. The nurse is just a precautionary measure."
Brangelina is sticking with the "better safe than sorry" approach because, as the insider told L&S, "(Angie) had a rough pregnancy with Shiloh, and she worries that having twins or triplets could be even more draining."
