Therefore, EY believes that new infrastructure projects in 2022 will pay more attention to low-carbon management and that more investment will be given to the environment sector to improve waste resource utilization.

The efficiency of infrastructure investment will also be enhanced, and private investment will be boosted under a market-oriented investing and financing model.
