A reception was held?in Beijing?Tuesday to mark the 49th anniversary of the signing of the Treaty of Friendship, Cooperation and Mutual Assistance between China and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK).

President of China-DPRK Friendship Association Wu Donghe and DPRK's ambassador to China Choe Pyong Gwan addressed the reception hosted by the Chinese People's Association of Friendship with Foreign Countries.

About 80 people from various circles of the two countries attended the reception.
