The Democratic People's Republic of Korea has allowed around 200 foreign reporters to visit its satellite launch control center in Pyongyang.

Unprecedented access. It's the first time the DPRK has allowed foreign journalists to take a look at the facilities where the Kwang Myong Song-3 satellite will be launched.

After a two-hour security check, 200 reporters arrive at the control center in Pyongyang.

They get one hour there.

Swedish reporter said, "This is my first time I'm invited here. I think it is probably because they want to give the outside world a glimpse. It is a trial to see can we be trusted in that point of view."

Technicians monitor the launch pad on a giant screen.

The person in charge says that their work is at the most crucial stage and the fuelling is still in progress.

The final launch date will be decided by the country's leader Kim Jong-Un.
