After the launch of China's Tiangong-1 and Shenzhou-8 unmanned spacecraft the mission is running smoothly with the simulation dummies on board the Shenzhou-8 successfully sending back data.

There are two dummies on board, weighing 75 kilograms each. They are equipped with sensors that monitor simulated vital signs such as body temperature and blood pressure. These tests are in preparation for China's future manned missions.
