More than 60 percent of Beijing residents believe current property prices are too high, according to a survey by the People's Bank of China.

31 percent say property prices are relatively high. Just 7 percent of respondents say current prices are reasonable, while half a percent believe property prices are undervalued. More than 37 percent expect property prices to increase over the coming year.
