At least 26 people have been killed and 18 others injured, after a bus crashed into a ravine in the La Libertad region of northern Peru.
The accident happened when the vehicle slipped off the road near the town of Sayapullo.
Police say either driver negligence or speeding was the most likely cause of the accident.
Among the victims were teachers on their way to the regional capital.
