As for some companies appeared in the annual audit reports for many times for illegal performance, the auditor general of the National Audit Office said the office is embarking to reform the system to tackle the problem.
Auditor general Liu Jiayi said it is a systematic problem. It is impossible to disclose and rectificate the mistakes through one audit. It needs time and needs a process to reform until the problem got solved.
Take U.S. Enron accident as an example, the rooted problem is the agency provided fake account reports. And the financial crisis also exposure a lot of problems that agency institutions valued high for the financial institutions. The cases indicate the system design has got problem, it needs to change.
