The People's Bank of China has released its 3rd quarter monetary policy report. China's central bank said during the first 9 months this year, major medium- and long-term loans were granted for projects in the basic infrastructure, property and manufacturing industries.
In its third quarter monetary policy report, the People's Bank of China said medium- and long-term loans for real estate projects totaled 210 billion yuan during the first 3 quarters this year. That accounts for nearly 12 percent of the country's total lending, down from the 15 percent for the same period last year.
