The 2012 Qingdao Lingshan Gulf Hauling the Net Festival will kick off at the travel resort on September 29. During the week-long National Day holiday, the festival will feature several fishery culture events, net-hauling events, cooking activities, folk arts performances, fireworks, a photo exhibition and a sports competition. At the same time, fruit picking, fishing, picnics and other typical rural life activities will be held in the villages nearby.
