Located in Jiaozuo, Henan Province, Yuntai Mountain has has edged onto the China National Natural Heritage Candidate List due to its unique geological landforms, rich natural resources and cultural relics. The well-known Yuntai Heaven Waterfall, with a falling head of 314 meters lies in the Laotan Valley scenic spot. It was named as World Geographical Park by UNESCO in 2004.
