Recently, the Ministry of Land and Resources approved the "Evaluation Report of Coal Resources Potential" in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, in which the volume of coal resources detected in Ningxia was updated from 31.45 billion to 38.13 billion tons. The Ningxia Coalfield Geological Survey made the report over three years. It provides comprehensive research of the coal-resource distribution and current developing status and developing potential in Ningxia.
