The action-packed blockbuster "Bodyguards and Assassins" was directed by Teddy Chan and featured an all-star cast including Donnie Yen, Leon Lai, and Nicholas Tse. It tells the story of a group of bodyguards who protect Dr. Sun Yat-sen, the forerunner of the Chinese Democratic Revolution, from assassins in 1905 Hong Kong. The crew replicated a mammoth set of early 20th century downtown Hong Kong to add an extra layer of authenticity.
