Established in 1994, Guangzhou R&F Properties is one of China's most powerful property developers. The Guangzhou-based company has now expanded into over 11 major cities and regions including Beijing and Shanghai.
R&F's core businesses include real estate design, development, engineering consulting, sales, property management and property intermediary. On July 14, 2005, the company listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. It boasts one of the highest market values of a Chinese firm.
For 2010, R&F's revenue was 24.64 billion yuan, with a net profit of 4.46 billion yuan.
