Riverside Arc de Triomphe, an area of luxurious residential buildings, is currently under construction in the western part of Pudong District, near the Huangpu River. Covering an area of 246,000 square meters, the area will have 10 buildings with 1,120 houses, most of them between 370－560 square meters. According to the developers, the houses will begin to be sold in June 2011. Although the price has not yet been fixed, considering the location, optimal environment, and high land price, the asking price will surely be steep.
