China's Liang Wenbo joined countryman Ding Junhui to reach the
second round of the Welsh Open Qualifying after a straight frame
win.
In the best of nine competition, Liang beat Sean Storey in
straight frames, 5-0, to reach the second round.
Ding Junhui, meanwhile, walked into the second round after his
opponent Steve James retired before the match scheduled for
Wednesday morning (Beijing Time).
Another Chinese player Jin Long also retired to give his rival
Scott Machenzie a free entry into the second round.
