Sailors set off from Xinghai Bay during the Mayor Cup Dalian to Qingdao Sailing Rally in Dalian, a coastal city of northeast China's Liaoning Province, Aug. 25, 2009. The Mayor Cup Dalian to Qingdao Sailing Rally kicked off on Tuesday during which 8 sailing boats would travel through the Yellow Sea and pass Bohai Bay to reach Qingdao (east China's Shandong Province).
