Paintings carry Sichuan students' hope

This work is from Dongqi Middle school student Deng Yu, 19 years old. Deng's left leg was amputated following the May 12 Sichuan earthquake and he is classified as grade 2 disabled. He now lives in Group 3, Wulidun Village, Fuxin County, Minazhu City, Sichuan Province. Jointly hosted by West China Metropolis Daily and Chinese artist Zhou Chunya, "Tomorrow—5.12 special art exhibition" opened in Landing Gallery in Chengdu, Sichuan Province on May 7, 2009.
