Editor's note: A Chinese New Year carnival featuring traditional crafts, folk performances and local delicacies has opened at Beijing Olympic Park, running through Feb. 14. The festival features more than 60 vendors offering Beijing specialties and popular street foods alongside cultural demonstrations and holiday entertainment.
