Two more cases of A/H1N1 flu, including a classmate of a Melbourne boy already diagnosed with the illness, have been detected in Victoria, Australia.
Victorian Health Minister Daniel Andrews said one of the newly confirmed cases is a girl, aged 10, a student at Clifton Hill Primary School and a classmate of one of three brothers who have fallen ill with swine flu, reported Australian Associated Press late Thursday.
The other is a 25-year-old Melbourne man who arrived from Los Angeles on Tuesday by Qantas flight QF 94.
The man who has been placed in home quarantine was reported to have begun to feel unwell while enroute to Melbourne on Monday, Andrews said.
The Clifton Hill Primary School has been closed for the rest of the week as a precaution Wednesday night.
Earlier Thursday, Victorian health authorities issued a warning of more cases to turn up after closing down the school with two of its pupils tested positive for swine flu.
