The Apollo Digital Plaza, a massive entertainment and shopping complex for the display of high-tech products, computer games, Internet cafes and a digital Hollywood show, will open to the public next month.
It is expected to be the second largest science and technology showcase after the China Science and Technology Museum (CSTM).
In contrast to CSTM, which majors on scientific and technological breakthroughs down the years, Apollo will showcase the latest high-tech achievements.
Hundreds of high-tech enterprises from China and many foreign countries, ranging from computer to digital and communication products, will set up stall in the so called "E-city."
Visitors here can enjoy a high-tech tour and join some programmes in the "Do It Yourself" sector.
Location: Zizuqiao, east side of the West Third Ring Road.
