A new type of equipment supplying limitless amount of oxygen to fighter pilots is lately approved by experts, a technique only mastered by a few countries.
Old-style oxygen supply equipment is only able to provide oxygen to pilots in limited time, and new type oxygen provider is urgently needed as the flying time of modern fighters increase. After ten years' efforts, experts from the Aviation Medical Research Institute of the PLA Air Force developed a new set of equipment and coordinated flying suite. Tests show that the new oxygen provider could greatly increase the flying time of a fighter and at the same time reduce the burden of rear service on the ground.
