The undated photo shows Xiang Peng, a 17-year-old IT prodigy in southwest China's Sichuan Province. Xiang got MCSE, MCDBA and MCP in 2002, becoming the youngest Microsoft system engineer in China. He has set up a company to serve the society with his knowledge.
