Hu Jintao, general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, introduced his colleagues in the newly elected Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the 16th CPC Central Committee.
They are Wu Bangguo, Wen Jiabao, Jia Qinglin, Zeng Qinghong, Huang Ju, Wu Guanzheng, Li Changchun, and Luo Gan.
Hu made the introduction Friday morning in the Great Hall of the People when meeting with Chinese and overseas reporters covering the 16th CPC National Congress, which ended Thursday.
