Local Committees of the CPC

According to the Regulations of the CPC on the Local Committees, the local committees, playing the role of leadership core, guide the overall situation and coordinate the work of all relevant departments in the local regions. In line with the Four-pronged Comprehensive Strategy, they exercise overall leadership over local economic, political, cultural, social and eco-environmental development. They are responsible for the development of the Party in their regions.

The local committees mainly exercise political, theoretical and organizational leadership, setting the right direction, managing the overall conditions, making decisions, and ensuring their implementation. They are elected for a term of five years at the Party congresses at the corresponding levels and are composed of members and alternative members. These members provide broad representation and are well-qualified in terms of length of Party membership, age, gender, and professional proficiency.

The standing committee of a local Party committee is elected at the plenary meeting of the said local Party committee, and its members include the secretary and the deputy secretaries of the said local Party committee.

中國共產(chǎn)黨地方委員會

《中國共產(chǎn)黨地方委員會工作條例》指出，中國共產(chǎn)黨的地方委員會在本地區(qū)發(fā)揮總攬全局、協(xié)調(diào)各方的領導核心作用，按照協(xié)調(diào)推進“四個全面”戰(zhàn)略布局，對本地區(qū)經(jīng)濟建設、政治建設、文化建設、社會建設、生態(tài)文明建設實行全面領導，對本地區(qū)黨的建設全面負責。

黨的地方委員會主要實行政治、思想和組織領導，把方向、管大局、作決策、保落實。黨的地方委員會由同級黨代

表大會選舉產(chǎn)生，由委員、候補委員組成，每屆任期五年。黨的地方委員會委員、候補委員配備應當具有代表性，符合黨齡、年齡、性別、專業(yè)等方面要求。黨的地方委員會的常務委員會由黨的地方委員會全體會議選舉產(chǎn)生，由黨的地方委員會書記、副書記和常委會其他委員組成。
