Decision-Making, Deliberative and Coordinating Institutions of the CPC Central Committee

The Central Committee of the Party has set up a number of decision-making, deliberative and coordinating institutions, which operate under its leadership and are responsible for the top-level design, coordination, progressing, and implementation of major initiatives.

Currently, the following institutions operate under the Central Committee: 

? Commission for Further Reform;

? Central Cyberspace Affairs Commission;

? Commission for Financial and Economic Affairs;

? Commission for Foreign Affairs;

? State Commission for Public Sector Reform;

? Commission for National Security;

? Commission for Integrated Civil-military Development;

? Commission for Law-based Governance;

? Auditing Commission;

? Financial Commission;

? Commission for Science and Technology;

? Central Leading Group for Education.

In line with the decisions of the Central Committee and the instructions of the general secretary of the Central Committee, the decision-making, deliberative and coordinating institutions hold meetings to discuss, decide, and coordinate major work in relevant fields. The subjects of these meetings are decided or approved by the general secretary, and the items discussed at the meetings will be submitted for deliberation to the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee.

黨中央決策議事協調機構

黨中央設立若干決策議事協調機構，在黨中央領導下，負責相關重大工作的頂層設計、統籌協調、整體推進、督促落實。黨中央主要決策議事協調機構包括：中央全面深化改革委員會、中央網絡安全和信息化委員會、中央財經委員會、中央外事工作委員會、中央機構編制委員會、中央國家安全委員會、中央軍民融合發展委員會、中央全面依法治國委員會、中央審計委員會、中央金融委員會、中央科技委員會、中央教育工作領導小組等。

按照黨中央決策部署和中央委員會總書記指示要求，黨中央決策議事協調機構召開會議，研究決定、部署協調相關領域重大工作。會議議題由中央委員會總書記確定或者審定。有關事項經黨中央決策議事協調機構會議審議后，根據需要提請中央政治局常務委員會會議審議。
