A Province of Mountain Cableways

Mountain cableways represent a special feature of Guizhou's tourism industry developed based on its natural resources. To date, more than ten large cableways have been built in the province, including the Meihua Mountain Cableway in Liupanshui City, the world's longest same-path mountain cableway, and the Fanjing Mountain Cableway.

The Meihua Mountain Scenic Area has a 9.91-kilometer cableway, the longest of its kind in China and the world. It provides not only a means of transportation, but also a mobile viewing platform. Many photography enthusiasts would come to this scenic area to take pictures of the sea of clouds, the sunrise, and the sunset. The Meihua Mountain is 2,680 meters high and the temperature here stays at low levels throughout the year, making it a terrific summer resort.

山地索道省

“山地索道省”是貴州依托自然資源發(fā)展旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的一個(gè)特色,現(xiàn)已建成世界最長同路徑山地索道六盤水市梅花山索道,以及梵凈山觀光索道等10多個(gè)大型索道設(shè)施。

梅花山景區(qū)建造的目前國內(nèi)最長索道全長9.91千米,堪稱世界第一。它不僅僅是一個(gè)交通工具,更是一個(gè)移動(dòng)的觀景平臺。有許多攝影愛好者,來此拍攝云海、日出、日落。梅花山的最高海拔達(dá)到了2680米,年中持續(xù)低溫,是絕佳的避暑勝地。
