CPC Leadership over All Work

China’s modern history attests to the fact that the CPC’s leadership role has been indispensable. It has been the choice of the people. It is determined by China’s state system, and is codified by China’s Constitution.

CPC leadership is the defining feature of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and the greatest strength of the distinctively Chinese socialist system. Because of its paramount importance, it was the first and most basic policy for upholding and promoting socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era in the report to the 19th CPC National Congress.

黨對一切工作的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)

中國共產(chǎn)黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)地位，是歷史的選擇，人民的選擇，是由中國國體性質(zhì)決定的，是由中國憲法明文規(guī)定的。中國共產(chǎn)黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)是中國特色社會主義最本質(zhì)的特征，是中國特色社會主義制度的最大優(yōu)勢。中共十九大把“堅持黨對一切工作的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)”作為新時代堅持和發(fā)展中國特色社會主義基本方略的第一條，明確提出，黨政軍民學(xué)，東西南北中，黨是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)一切的。堅持黨對一切工作的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，必須增強政治意識、大局意識、核心意識、看齊意識，自覺維護中央權(quán)威和集中統(tǒng)一領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，自覺在思想上政治上行動上同中央保持高度一致，完善堅持黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的體制機制，堅持穩(wěn)中求進工作總基調(diào)，統(tǒng)籌推進“五位一體”總體布局，協(xié)調(diào)推進“四個全面”戰(zhàn)略布局，提高黨把方向、謀大局、定政策、促改革的能力和定力，確保黨始終總攬全局、協(xié)調(diào)各方。
