The World Health Organization- sponsored conference on Tibetan medicine and medicines of other Chinese ethnic minorities opened here Sunday.
Government officials, experts and representatives of pharmaceutical companies from 22 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities are attending the meeting.
The four-day conference will focus on development and innovation of Tibetan medicine and Chinese medicine.
