With a view to enabling the children of special needs living in the social welfare institutes to return home at an early date like normal children, according to your organization's application and the requirements of Measures for Authorizing Foreign Adoption Organizations by China Center of Adoption Affairs to Seek Adoptive Families for Children of Special Needs, CCAA agrees to authorize your organization to assist CCAA in seeking adoptive families for the children of special needs after verifying the relevant materials submitted by your organization. It is hereby confirmed by this letter.
