Ten people were killed and 22 injured Sunday when heavy rain triggered a landslide in China's Southeastern Fujian province, local official said.
Among the dead were four local villagers and six migrant workers from the southwestern province of Sichuan, according to the official.
The landslide occurred after several days of continuous rain.
Heavy rain across China over the past few weeks has led to flooding in 18 provinces, killing at least 543 and leaving hundreds missing.
Over 69 million Chinese have been affected by the floods that have left 700,000 people homeless, destroyed 590,000 homes and demolished some 7.3 million hectares (18 million acres) of farmland, according to official statistics.
