Linktone, a Chinese mobile phone service provider, has announced an initial public offering of 6.14 million American depositary shares or ADSs.
The shares went on the market at US$ 14.00 each.
They begin trading on Thursday, New York time on the Nasdaq under the symbol "LTON."
Based in Shanghai, Linktone provides fee-based, wireless value-added media, entertainment and communications services to mobile phone users in China.
