Two Kids Killed by WWII Bomb
Two boys in northeast China's Heilongjiang Province were killed by a bomb said to be left behind by invading Japanese troops during the World War II.

According to Thursday's Beijing Youth Daily, the two boys, Cui Liang and Cui Xin, found an unidentified bomb, which exploded in their hands on June 1.

Cui Liang and Cui Xin lived in Beisunwu Village in Sunwu County.

Forensic experts removed a dozen bomb fragments from the bodies of the boys.

Local public security departments checked the bomb fragments and confirmed that the bomb was left behind by Japanese invaders during the World War II.

Beijing Youth Daily quoted other media as saying that a warhead dropped by a Japanese plane was discovered in the Wudalianchi scenic spot in the province on May 28, and four rusty Japanese antitank grenades were found at a construction site in Qitaihe City on June 7.
