Li Peng, chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPC), met this morning with Togolese President Gnassingbe Eyadema and his party.
The meeting is still going on at press time.
This is President Eyadema's fifth China visit since he assumed presidency in 1967.
The Togolese president attended the opening ceremony of the three-day China-Africa Cooperation Forum Tuesday.
Following the event, the Togolese guests will travel to Shanghai and southwest
