Shanghai's banks really providing mid- and small-sized enterprises with financial advice. During the first half, banks' small- and mid-sized enterprise service centers provided a variety of services 495 times to small- and mid-sized enterprises. The services included earmarking loans 198 times, market development 148 times, information consulting 45 times, high-tech projects appraisal 19 times, venture capital investment 19 times, personnel recruitment 16 times, network technology consulting 10 times and other kinds of consulting services.
Facing various demands from numerous enterprises, the center takes the advantage of its member network, solves problems for enterprises. For example, they helped the Shanghai molecular separator with restructuring and its annual audit, soon afterwards, it received a loan of 1.5 million yuan. With regards to expanding markets, through the intermediary of the center, a joint project between Lingke Technology Co. and Huixun Computer Service Co. was formed. In terms of appraising high-tech projects, the center helped Huibang Special Paint Co. Ltd., Jingtian Technology Shareholding Co., Ltd. complete the appraisal of high-tech projects and high-tech enterprises.
