Since he took over the New Silk Road in 1986, Li Xiaobai has devoted his talents to selecting elite models and applying for the right to host international contests. 4. Cai Weizhi：first fashion 'mover and shaker'

Born to a wealthy family, Cai Weizhi created the vogue journal West East and City Magazine in 2000. He promoted the cooperation between Pierce Brosnan and Li Gong to be representatives of a national brand in the same year. In 2001, combining entertainment and fashion together for the first time, he created the Leica Fashion Awards, thus starting a new era of China's "Oscar".
