British Foreign Secretary David Miliband (R) talks with a Chinese student in English in southwest China's Chongqing Municipality on Feb. 27, 2008. Miliband started his six-day official visit to China on Sunday. He arrived in Beijing on Wednesday afternoon, after visiting Hong Kong, Shanghai and Chongqing.
