Jiang Zemin, the then Chinese President arrived
in Hong Kong to attend the celebration marking the fifth
anniversary of the return of Hong Kong to the motherland and the
inauguration of the second-term government of the Hong Kong Special
Administrative Region (HKSAR), in 2002.
