Ladies and gentlemen, friends from the media, good morning. Welcome to this press conference held by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC). This year marks the centenary of the founding of the CPC. Over the past 100 years, the CPC has remained committed to its original aspiration and founding mission of seeking happiness for the Chinese people and rejuvenation for the Chinese nation. The Party has rallied and led the Chinese people in a tenacious struggle for development, accomplishing great achievements recognized by the entire world. China's development has not only delivered a better life for the Chinese people, but also contributed to the well-being of the world and the lofty cause of peace and development for humanity.

Celebrating the centenary of the CPC's founding is a major event in the political life of our Party and country, which attracts much attention from home and abroad. To mark the centenary, the CPC Central Committee will hold a series of celebration activities. In the press conference today, leading officials from relevant departments will brief you on the arrangements and considerations for the celebration activities. They will also answer your questions.
