PCCW Ltd, Hong Kong's biggest phone carrier, plans to complete the sale of a stake in a unit that will control most of the company's telecommunications operations this year, Managing Director Alex Arena said.
PCCW aims to select a shortlist of bidders for the stake in HKT Group Holdings Ltd within a month and is satisfied with the offers it has received, Arena said in Hong Kong yesterday.
