The Press Office under the Ministry of Health published Wednesday
afternoon a press release on the latest SARS situation on the
Chinese mainland.
From 10:00 am July 1 to 10:00 am July 2, the Chinese mainland
reported no new diagnosed and suspected SARS case, and no death.
Three patients in Guangdong recovered and were discharged from
hospital.
Now 27 diagnosed patients are receiving treatment in hospitals on
the Chinese mainland (all from Beijing).
From 10:00 am July 1 to 10:00 am July 2, Guangdong reported 1 new
suspected SARS case. Currently, the Chinese mainland reported 2
suspected SARS cases (both from Guangdong).
