Governors from three northeastern provinces hold a press
conference on March 12 in the Great Hall of the People on the
development and rejuvenation of the old industrial bases. They are
Heilongjiang Governor Zhang Zuoji, Jilin Governor Hong Hu and
Liaoning Governor Zhang Wenyue, now in Beijing to attend the
ongoing annual session of the National People's Congress.
